When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. When you use the contact form, we collect the information you provide (name, email, subject, and message). We also collect usage data necessary to operate the service, such as session identifiers and API request logs.
We use your information to authenticate you, provide access to the dashboard, respond to contact inquiries, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Account data is stored in a PostgreSQL database. Session data is stored server-side using encrypted session cookies. Neighborhood GIS data is stored separately and is not linked to individual user profiles beyond access control.
We use essential session cookies to keep you signed in. These cookies are httpOnly and expire after 24 hours of inactivity or when you sign out.
