By accessing or using GeoAI Circularity Map ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Neighborhood circularity scores and GIS data are provided for informational and analytical purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or correctness of all data displayed in the Service.

5. Intellectual property

The GeoAI platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by GeoAI. Sample neighborhood data may be used for demonstration purposes under the terms of your selected plan.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GeoAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
